Of course it may sound a little counter productive for a natural therapies clinic to be interested in sugars however, these sugars are naturally occurring in nature. They are found in all of your fruits and vegetables and 5 of them are even to be found in mother’s milk! Without these 8 essential sugars, the body cannot function properly.


All human cells are surrounded by a coating that is constructed of something called glycoprotein.
These glycoproteins are like an alphabet.
They literally communicate to the rest of the body, and to the immune system in particular, the exact condition and the state of play inside the cells.

If this coating becomes weakened in any way or depleted, then the cell has no way of communicating to the immune system what it needs.
The letters of the alphabet do not line up properly therefore creating words that don’t make any sense to the immune system.


Glycogens are the agents that feed the coating around the cells. Without sufficient glycogens in the system, the body’s ability to heal itself, create new cells and restore tired worn out functions to full strength becomes compromised.
